Leadership and Communication | Trimester 1

At Ignited YOUth Leaders Club, we believe leadership and communication aren’t taught — they’re experienced.

Our program is designed for children aged 8-18 years, combining offline, activity-based sessions with digital learning resources such as videos, podcasts, and content lessons.

Each session is built around experiential learning — encouraging students to speak, listen, lead, and collaborate through hands-on exercises, public speaking practice, and team projects. From storytelling and debates to book and movie reviews, every activity helps students think independently, express clearly, and grow in confidence.

The course goes beyond academics, focusing on essential life skills like self-expression, critical thinking, empathy, and teamwork. Every participant receives personal mentoring and feedback, ensuring steady growth tailored to their individual pace and personality.

Our goal is simple — to help young minds become confident communicators and thoughtful leaders, equipped to navigate real-world challenges with clarity and courage.
