Too many bright, capable young people were struggling with confidence, afraid to speak up in class, hesitant to take leadership roles, and unsure of their own potential.
The Ignited Youth Leaders Club (IYLC) is more than an organization—it’s a movement transforming how we nurture young leaders in Guwahati and beyond. Since its inception, IYLC has empowered over 500 children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds to become confident speakers, effective communicators, and inspiring leaders. Through our engaging, hands-on programs, we’ve witnessed remarkable transformations—shy 6-year-olds finding their voice, reserved teenagers stepping up as leaders, and hesitant students growing into articulate, self-assured young adults. Today, IYLC stands as Guwahati’s most trusted youth development and leadership training program, dedicated to helping every child discover their true potential and lead with confidence.

When I founded the Ignited Youth Leaders Club (IYLC), I believed that every child has a leader within, waiting to be discovered. At IYLC, we follow a philosophy of learn, un-learn, and re-learn, fostering a joyful, experiential learning environment where each child participates wholeheartedly. This is not just another after-school program—it is a platform for the holistic development of children, focusing on personality growth, communication, team building, and personal effectiveness. Over the years, we have helped countless children step out of their comfort zones, face challenges with confidence, and restructure their skills while gaining practical insights into themselves and the world around them. Our mission is to nurture young minds, instill the conviction to persevere, and create a generation of youth who are ready to lead, inspire, and guide others toward a better society.
